The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting practices, strong internal controls, and reliable financial reporting. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, and the maintenance of all accounting systems. The Controller prepares monthly and annual financial statements, provides analysis for leadership decision-making, and presents financial results to executive management or board members. Responsibilities also include supervising accounting staff, coordinating payroll and tax compliance, supporting annual audits, and ensuring the organization meets all regulatory and reporting requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication across departments are essential.
